180 in South Africa.

180 AMSTERDAM AND L.A. – For the last six months many people in the agency have been raising money, designing logos and ordering kit for a very special cause. Two small schools in South Africa are now playing in wonderful new football and netball kit supplied by all of us.

At Chintsa East Public School the principal presented the u13 and u15 boys with gleaming new football kits with a heartfelt speech. The netball girls also gratefully accepted their new uniforms beautifully embroidered with their school crest and a 180 logo.

Much singing and dancing ensued.

At Bulugha farm school 180 LA were able raise enough money to also supply junior and senior boys with football gear and the netball team as well. At Bulugha we were greeted upon arrival by the entire school singing in unison and walking up the hill towards us. Here also we were given official speeches by teachers and school principal. We told them about 180 LA and also were introduced to the designer of their first ever school crest. A young grade 5 boy in collaboration with our own Germans Benjamin and Martin.

After all team photos were taken, the kids folded their uniforms up, put them back into the original plastic bags and returned to the headmaster. Ready for their next game, which was the coming Saturday.

On behalf of the teachers and kids of Chintsa and Bulugha, a big thanks. You made a genuine impact on these people. Great job. 180 at its best.
