180 AMSTERDAM Two scientists study Amstel Pulse Beer in a series of narrated, filmed experiments. The first experiment reveals how the distinct sound of opening an Amstel Pulse has a Pavlovian-like effect on a test subject. In another experiment, a bottle of Amstel Pulse Beer is opened while being filmed by an ultra high-speed camera, revealing what causes its distinctive “pop” sound. In another, the scientists attempt to create the Amstel Pulse bottle’s unique shape.
